Gallery Experiences

Get more out of our exhibits by participating in our Gallery Experiences. All three programs are held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. You can also join us for a 2 pm Gallery Experience on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. These informal programs run for 10–15 minutes.

Butterflies!

Saturdays and Sundays at noon
Tuesdays at 2 pm

Learn what it takes to keep a habitat that is home to as many as 150 butterflies healthy and happy. Can you be a butterfly keeper? Find out if you've got what it takes as we present a behind-the-scenes look into the life of a butterfly keeper.

Outside In

Saturdays and Sundays at 2 pm
Wednesdays at 2 pm

Take a closer look into the natural world through Discovery Time in Outside In! Investigate various habitats, uncover secrets of survival, or even meet a live animal! Join one of our naturalists as they lead you through an interactive experience exploring the wonders of our natural world.

Dinosaur Hall

Saturdays and Sundays at 1 pm
Thursdays at 2 pm

The vanished world of the dinosaur comes to life in Dinosaur Hall. Dinosaur experts will be on hand to guide you through the science behind one of the most iconic animals on the planet!
