Academy on the Go
Title 1 public schools in Philadelphia, Cheltenham, Hatboro-Horsham, Interboro, Norristown, Penn-Delco, Chester-Upland and Souderton may be eligible for a FREE outreach from the Academy. Call 215-299-1060 for details.
Transform your classroom, auditorium, or fair into an unforgettable natural science experience! Academy On-the-Go brings the excitement of a museum visit—complete with specimens, live animals, and expert naturalists—right to you.
Our structured lesson programs can be reserved for large or small groups and can be tailored to your age group or customized to your particular needs.
Groups of All Sizes
Small group programs are ideal for groups of preschoolers, adults and everyone in between. Topics are tailored to the audience and include touchable museum specimens or live animals.
Large group programs are ideal for auditoriums and other large spaces. Appropriate for first grade and up, these 45 minute programs can feature live animals, fossils and amazing specimens.

Fairs and Festivals
Enjoy a casual format where your guests come and go as they please. They will have the chance to ask questions of our expert naturalist as they meet a variety of live animals up close or personally investigate artifacts. All exhibits feature a variety of touchable specimens. Ideal for festivals and fairs.
