The Ewell Sale Stewart Library provides quality Digital Imaging and Photographic Reproduction of its collections. The library also offers research and other assistance in obtaining images from its collection. For information and ordering, contact:

The services and fees presented below apply only to image reproduction. Additional Permission fees apply to any publication of these images. There are no permission fees for private use.

Digital Imaging

They can be supplied either on CD-ROM or via ftp.

Photography

If the use of a photographer is required, the photographer's fees will be applied in addition to the fees noted above. The Academy of Natural Sciences does not do photography in-house; we do only electronic imagery.

No publication or any other public or commercial use may be made of any copy except in accordance with a separate statement of Publication Rights signed by the person or entity requesting copies. These fees apply to the use of digitally recorded or photographed images of any printed item, manuscript, or photograph in the collections of the Ewell Sale Stewart Library.

Prepayment is required.

World Rights

To the above, add 100% of original fee for World Rights or 50% of original fee for each additional language.

Rush Orders

If a Rush Order has been agreed to in advance, a 100% surcharge to all fees will apply. The time interval is from the time of agreement until the order is placed in the mail. The Ewell Sale Stewart Library reserves the right to decline the rush of any order.
