Academy Winter Games: Invertebrate Ice Dancing

Monday, February 12, 2018

11:00 AM-12:00 PM

Let the Games begin! Our animal athletes have been practicing their cold-weather sports. They are set to compete at the Academy as the world turns its attention to the human games in South Korea. Join us for daily shows featuring bobsledding, ice dancing, curling, speed skating, and hockey. We’re even bringing out our ever-popular roach races! Everything is free with admission and registration is not required.

Live darkling beetles, cockroaches, and millipedes will pair off for their “skate” of a lifetime in this special auditorium show. Watch them magnified on the big screen as they explore an ice skating rink!
