The first constitution and bylaws were published in 1814 although various interpretations of aims and rules were contained in the earlier foundation papers; the last bylaws mimeographed in 1951. Drafts of the 1875, the 1893, 1899 and the 1924 bylaws are preserved here, along with revisions, amendments, and committee reports. The 1893 copy was corrected by A. E. Brown, the 1867 by Harrison Allen.
