Catalogs, lists, indexes and observations relating to the Academy's mollusks, Crustacea and chilopods. Includes also Isaac Lea's original list of soft parts of Unionidae, a collection presented to the Academy in January 1877. The notes by Lea begin with the date 1863. Also 33 labels by Lea, for the jars described in the list, that is, nos. 1-33 (except no. 28 which is missing) and an unnumbered label: Naiades, dried, on paper, from Chas. J. G. Lea, 1838. Many of these alcoholics are still in the Academy's collection, but not all identified, since these labels were washed from the jars when the basement was flooded in 1903.
