Support the Academy

When you support the Academy of Natural Sciences, you are contributing to nearly two hundred years of scientific discovery. As the nation’s oldest natural history museum, the Academy has long been a world leader in scientific research. Today, our scientists focus on critical issues of biodiversity, evolution, and environmental science, from discovering new species of catfish in the Amazon to studying the effects of natural gas drilling in the Marcellus Shale.

We share this knowledge of the natural world with our visitors through exhibits, education programs, lectures, and publications. We rely on the support of people like you to continue our work, exploring our natural world and connecting our community to the most important environmental issues of our time.
