  • Sustainable Chocolate Day

    Join the Academy and 12th Street Catering for Sustainable Chocolate Day. Melted varieties of chocolate will flow through the museum’s commons room, and visitors can choose from a delicious 30 percent white chocolate, an intense 35 percent milk chocolate, or a tempting 64 percent bittersweet chocolate.
  • Cuisine from the Collections: Chocolate Edition

    Cuisine from the Collections is the Academy’s annual event featuring edibles from the everyday to the exotic. The cocktail party features food and drink inspired by the 18 million specimens in the Academy’s scientific collections. This year adds a sweet touch as we celebrate the Academy’s special exhibit, Chocolate: The Exhibition.
